The beginning steps of small business creation are exciting and often overwhelming. So often talented and enthusiastic people want to create their own career path but the steps are unclear. Boss Mama Kindling mentees are guided by a personal mentor for four months through a customized, effective curriculum with a proven track record that will assist in building the ideological and practical infrastructure of a new heart centered business. The program includes one face-to-face mentorship session per month as well as supportive communication in between as mentees work through the assigned projects.
An intake call is required for all applicants.
The Kindling Program is available to accepted candidates for a cost of $600.

Running a small business while managing all the other aspects of life can be tricky, especially once everything is up and running. The Boss Mama Stoke Program can help the busy business owner by focusing on assessing the current state of the business, identifying the areas both to improve and to let go of, and developing a plan for successful and sustainable growth with a mentor. The Stoke Program provides guidance and support with idea creation, monetization assessment and planning, and growth strategy and implementation. This includes one face-to-face mentorship sessions as well as supportive communication in between meetings.
The Stoke Program is customized to fit the needs of the mentee. All mentorships begin with an intake call. A range of Stoke Program options include a one-time growth and idea strategy consultation for a cost of $275.00, a 4-month mentorship for $1000 or a customized, ongoing business consultation program for 6 or more months (cost varies).
